What we take on
Restoration and renovation of older homes around Mudgee, plus new builds and commercial fitouts. If it is structural, wet, or has to pass an inspection, it is the sort of job we do.
Historical restoration
Mudgee has a lot of Victorian and Federation housing stock, and most of it has been altered at least once by someone in a hurry. Restoration work is careful, slow and full of surprises behind the plaster — which is exactly why it needs a written program and a weekly report more than any other kind of job.
We repair rather than replace wherever the fabric allows, and we tell you honestly when it does not.
New homes
A complete build on your block — we take it from site set-out through to handover and manage every trade on the way.

Adding to an existing home is structural work on something someone already lives in. It gets sequenced carefully and weather-proofed at every stage.

Decks & outdoor living
Elevated decks, alfresco areas and pergolas built to take real load and real weather.

Commercial fit-outs
Turning a shell into a working business — wellness centres, hospitality and retail. Wet areas, plant and services done to commercial standard, and sequenced around an opening date.

- Pools, saunas & steam rooms
- Fit-outs within heritage buildings
The paperwork is part of the build
Most complaints about builders are not about the carpentry. They are about not knowing what is happening. Every BBC job is run on a written program and reported on in writing, every week.
A dated construction program
Day by day, with the trades due on each date. Updated as the job moves so it is never out of date.
A weekly PDF report
Weather and lost time, work completed, work next week, trades on site, delays, WHS, variations, materials, and anything we need you to decide.
Numbered site photos
Every report carries captioned photos, so the history of the build is documented from start to finish.
Variations in writing, before the work
Nothing gets built and billed as a surprise. Changes are priced and signed off first.
